Around 70 people lined up along County Road in Barrington on Sunday afternoon to be part of a Black Lives Matter Silent Vigil. The event was organized by St John’s Episcopal Church, the Mission and Justice team at Barrington Congregational Church – United Church of Christ and Barrington Interfaith Partners.
The event lasted about an hour, and there are plans to hold similar vigils on the last Sunday of each month going forward.
